What is in a Spark Box?
A Spark Box is a sealed liquidation box built from pallets of customer returns and retailer overstock. The contents are genuinely unknown at the time of sale. We list the category mix the pallet was drawn from, and price the box accordingly. If you need to know exactly what you are getting, buy Spark Select instead.
What condition is Spark Select in?
Every Spark Select lot is new. Each sorted lot is counted and photographed before it goes up, and the manifest lists counts per line so you know exactly what is in the batch.
Can I return a lot?
No. All sales are final — no returns, exchanges, or refunds on any product, in any category, for any reason. This applies to both Spark Box liquidation boxes and Spark Select sorted lots, and it is the reason our pricing works the way it does. Review the manifest and photographs before ordering.
Will a lot be restocked?
No. Spark Select sorted lots are one-time batches built from a specific pallet. Once a lot sells, it does not come back, and a similar lot may differ in count or contents.
How do I pay, and how do I collect?
All orders are paid online by card, PayPal, or manual bank transfer. Collect from our Delaware facility, or arrange your own freight.
